(Delicious Omega - 3 Smoothie)

DHA and EPA are two long-chain omega - 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids that are found naturally in fish and fish oil.

The goveronmnet advises that at least two servings of fish, one of which should be oily, containing approximately 3g long-chain omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids is consumed each week.

Two of these fatty acids, DHA and EPA are particularly important and may help maintain brain and eye function.

BrainWise provides these fatty acids in a delicious real fruit concentrated smoothie which has no fishy taste or odour and so can help to ensure an adequate dietary intake of EPA and DHA in people of all ages especially children.
